Car track is deep in the Z block: ZH7573 (Creta, Feb 2025), ZT9997 (May 2025), YP3795 (car in a ~2026 report). ZH also appears on a bike (MP04ZH8174, Yamaha R15, Sep 2025 theft report), so Bhopal's car/bike series may overlap in the Z block. Earlier-harvest series GB/MG/SD/SN are older tracks. ZU/ZV probes empty, so ZT is the evidenced frontier, backed by 2025 sightings only (no 2026 car sighting found).

new in round 2. Weak/old evidence only. The G sighting (MP05G7691, dumper in a Hoshangabad sand-mining seizure reported on YouTube news) is NOT used as a frontier: that dumper carried two different plates (MP04HE3999 on one side, MP05G7691 on the other) and the RTO itself was investigating, so which plate was genuine is unconfirmed.

CM added to alsoSeen from a Jul 2025 seizure report (Swift MP09CM5161 in Dhar) - it belongs to Indore's older C-block tracks (like CG/CH/CN), NOT ahead of the current BS auction track. ZZ remains an old court sighting, NOT a frontier.

UPGRADED in round 2 (note/alsoSeen only, frontier unchanged): a Jan 2026 Amar Ujala report names the excise department's government Bolero MP11ZL1945, damaged in an attack on a raid team in Dhar - so a Z-block series IS in use at MP-11, but on a government vehicle, i.e. almost certainly a separate govt/contract track. The general track's frontier remains CC (Jan 2024); round-2 sweeps still found no CD/CE and no 2025-26 general-track MP-11 plate.

UPGRADED in round 2 (alsoSeen/note; anomaly narrowed, not resolved): an Oct 2025 Yash Bharat report on a transport-department action adds Jabalpur bus sightings MP20PA1079, MP20PA0619, MP20PA0615, MP20GA9642 and MP20ZK2266 (a bus running without a permit). So the Z block is genuinely in use at MP-20 in 2025 - but on the bus/commercial side, consistent with commercial ZL. A dedicated round-2 probe found no second ZN sighting and no date for the ZN Creta (MP20ZN8904) beyond 2025 reporting, so why a private Creta carries ZN, far ahead of the C-block car track, remains unexplained (parallel sub-track or one-off issuance); ZN stays in alsoSeen and CL stays the car frontier.

APSRTC Z-track — DEFINITIVE VERDICT after a second determined attempt: scheme summaries of the 2018 policy do reserve Z for RTC buses and P for police under AP-39 (and T/U/V/W/X/Y for other govt vehicles), yet across round 1, the deep harvest and this round — including 2025-26 APSRTC accident/incident reporting — NOT ONE literal AP39Z plate appears in any text source; the only APSRTC bus literally sighted (Chirala, Oct 2022) carried TF. Round 2 found two independent dated late-2025 sightings: AP40EU1277 (Dec 2025) and AP40FG5612 (Oct 2025), so the sequence had run through the C, D and E blocks by late 2025 — the round-1 C-block probes (CA/CB empty) are now moot, superseded by dated F-block presence. Caveat to flag: Wikipedia and carinfo.app describe AP-40 as 'reserved for government vehicles', but both dated 2025 sightings are private-use cars in police reporting, and round-1 sightings were private too (EMMA entry list, a private scooter RC) — the 'government only' description does not match observed usage. Sightings remain Visakhapatnam-region heavy (Anakapalli seizure; policybazaar files AP-40 under Visakhapatnam), consistent with the parallel-statewide-code reading.

RECENCY-CONFIRMED running series. Car-track history: CK/CL/CM/CN fancy numbers sold by 2019 (TOI); seized-vehicle lists (Sep 2026) top out at CA (KL01CA8152), consistent with DL being the live frontier. Probes for DM and for a literal DL plate: nothing found.

BT is an electric autorickshaw (KL02BT5903); the two-wheeler track reaches BU.

An earlier (round-2) harvest sighting recorded CB at KL-08 but without a date or class; the best 2026-dated frontier is BX.

UPGRADED in deep round 2. CAR TRACK — determined attempt, outcome: the only KL-11 car plate with a series letter found in ANY source is the 2013 Xylo KL11AQ5513 above. Searched: the full Kozhikode-division MSTC catalogue Aug 2026 (61+ lots — every KL-11 lot in it is a two-wheeler), the Malappuram Oct 2026 catalogue, Kannur Jun/Aug 2026 catalogues, Kozhikode used-car listings (carandbike/Cars24 show only the 'KL11' prefix, never a full plate) and Kozhikode news. No public source shows a recent KL-11 car plate, so the current car series cannot be pinned; AQ is a 2013-era lower bound only. The owner's example KL11D8682 (series D) remains an old-series plate, as established in round 1.
